Gretchen Deane provides specialized horsemanship services for individuals and businesses in New England, based out of Southern Vermont. She practices equine bodywork and neuromuscular horse dentistry, as a Certified Practitioner of The Masterson Method® equine performance bodywork, and a student of Spencer LaFlure’s school for Natural Balance Dentistry™. Gretchen combines ongoing and progressive education in equine anatomy, biomechanics, and neuromuscular health, with over twenty years experience in an expansive variety of advanced training and horsemanship methods. She has the ability to offer valuable insight to owners, trainers, and riders, and to offer practical help to any horse she encounters. Gretchen believes that decreased tension and increased range of motion found in a balanced horse can provide the foundation for continually improved well-being, performance, and behavior.
